11.10.13 Fragment. The leaves on the inside and outside of the rim are slighlty worn, with a small chip and crack evident on the outside. The front surface is smooth, the back feels rougher, and has areas of white/yellow deposit.
13.10.1 Single piece, intact, and seemingly complete, except eroded at the edges of the blade, on either side, particularly in the middle third of the piece. Blackish-brown with green patches throughout.
13.10.11.11 Intact, chipping around both holes and pitting all over the body of the bead which is now filled with a white deposit.
13.10.11.12 Intact, chipped around the holes. Pitting on the surface of the bead which is now filled with white deposit.

13.10.3 Single piece, Intact, but broken off at the pointed end. The surface has dulled to a mottled medium brown with flecks of dark grey (slightly lighter in colour on one side).
13.10.39 Part of hind-quarters broken off, with left hind leg missing. May have carried rider, although now lost.
13.10.4A-B Two pieces, each intact, seemingly not missing any parts. The mirror is in better condition, with only a few worn and/or green patches, while the lid is damaged at the edges and is covered on the underside with whitish-green deposits. The lid has one cracked, running from the edge toward the centre.
13.10.5 Single fragment, missing parts possibly at both ends. Heavily corroded, with greyish-brown incrustations, with greenish tinge at thicker edge. The fragment is curved on the flatter section (where it may have been attached.
13.10.8 Intact with few small chips to the rim. White deposit all around the exterior of the mortar.
14.9.114 Joins with Reading 14.9.115; surface feels a little rough, back of figurine uneven and has a jagged hole in it. White barely preserved. All over top of base is dark brown deposit (soil?). More of this dark deposit where the top half has broken off.
14.9.40 Streaky black paint on the underside but also covered with pink deposit. Paint has worn completely from rim. Dull black on the outer surface with some parts thinning considerably.
14.9.56 Eight joined fragments, with two sections of restored pattern. Black paint fading to red inplaces. Free from deposit.
14.9.8 Paint is dull and wearing away on both sides. Surface is smooth with no particular damage.

2002.9.4 Intact and complete; wood is slightly stained and sticky (from previous adhesive) at the right side of the crossbar; the ‘leather’ drum is brittle, as are the strings, which are loose; the velvet fillet is in dissaray, with some torn stitches.
2003.3.37 Interior in in good condition, one of the bands is very faded and only traces remain of the added red. Also a patch of dark brown discolouration. Exterior is heavily discoloured with gray and brown build up, added red is visible underneath
2003.8.63 Chipped and with lots of grey and white deposits. Bottom side appears to have what could be a smudge as there is a straight line that is shiner and a darker shade of brown compared to the rest of the object.
2004.10.4 Fragment. Chipped with large amount of deposit all over.
2004.5.1 Approximately 1/3 of the original remains (lower right corner), which has been restored with modern plaster, mostly undecorated. Where original paint remains it has been dulled and is scratched.
2004.8.1 Single, five sided fragment, with two sides rough to the touch. Exterior black glaze weathered in areas across the decorated surface. Interior black glaze slightly faded in the centre.
2004.8.6 Single, four sided fragment, roughly broken on three sides. The black paint on the rim itself has been worn in patches, but the thick black band around the rim has preserved its colour and paint. The reserved background has surface scratces and is worn in places. The reverse of the fragmnent is black in colour with five minute chips to the surface paint.
2004.8.7 Worn surfaces, with the base of the loom weight heavily worn away and missing. A small amount of white deposits on the surface. Surface of loom weight is scratched and worn, with a partial piercing, cylindrical hole on one side, 1.2 below the piercing hole proper.

2008.9.18 Fragment in 2 halves, glued back together with join vertically down centre. Decoration is very faded.
2018.6.1 The holes along the edge may have been made to bind the tablet to a lid or another tablet with cord. The grooves may be where excess wax was scraped off the stylus. There are several perforations down one edge, which would have allowed several such tablets to be strung together to form a book. One of the raised edges has been broken off. Some surface wear and staining.
22.3.11 Single fragment with a brown mark on the robe on the exterior.
22.3.21 Large fragment. Outside speckled where soiled. Several small chips, the largest of which is above the figure's foot. Inside discoloured, soiled, with a tiny hole and a large oil mark, measuring ca. 5.5 x 5.0 cm.
22.3.22 Single fragment. There are two spots that have been chipped off from the bottom of the exterior and ca. 5.0 cm from the top of the interior. There are also small bits that have been peeled off from the interior, which is almost covered with white plaster. Traces of plaster are also apparent on the external surface.
22.3.27 If there were handles then they are both missing along with the whole of one side and parts of other side of body missing. Small section of rim remains.
22.3.31 Fragmentary, although in relatively good condition on the exterior. The interior is not as well kept with countless scratchings, chippings, and debris upon it.
22.3.35 Fragmentary though well kept overall with minimal chippings or damage.
22.3.36 Fragmentary with numerous chips across the edges of the exterior and interior of the artefact, the face of the object and its handle. Countless, small chunks of paint are missing from both the outer and inner faces of the artefact.

25.6.10 Small fragment with some chippings around the edges, and numerous spots where small sections of paint has been removed.
25.6.12 Fragment with a great deal of dark deposit on outside. Chipped at several points, particularly around the lower edge.
25.8.5 Complete but made up of seven seperate pices stuck back together. The handle has several chips, on the middle and lower tiers. The tip of the highest tier has also been chipped, and all over the handle, the gloss shows evidence of wear, with tiny cracks and scratches. The top of the lid shows a few small flakes and chips, mainly on the decoration, and eratically over the surface, there is brown/grey deposit. The inside of the lid is reserved but still shows patches of dirt and a small amount of grey/white deposit around the rim.
25.9.1 One handle missing, the other repaired. Badly damaged all over, with paint flaking badly from the mouth area, body and foot having been repaired extensively and the glaze is a bad condition leaving the clay exposed. Plaster inserted in base to increase stability.
26.12.17 Part of one handle missing and restored from ca. 15 fragments, with some portions filled in with plaster on both sides, and some repainting. Small chips on rim and slightly worn on foot. Interior surface remains shiny and picture remains clear.
26.12.23 Intact. Band around rim covered in scratches and small areas of wear. Daub in centre also scratched, very centre is chipped, with a small crack in the middle and small areas of white deposit. Scratches also evident on the outside, some blobs also slightly chipped. Bottom of base uneven, with a small crack running across the middle.
26.12.24A-B The flat surface of the knob on the lid has a white deposit on it, which can also be found at the base of the stem, and around one side of the rim. Small cracks in the glaze are evident around the the base of the stem, and small scratches are clear around the surface of the rim. The very edge of the rim has some small chips in it. On the inside of the lid, there is one deep scratch, and a hole, as well as more of the same white deposit. The rim and inside of the main body has got more deposit on it, but this is a brighter white. The gloss also shows signs of wear with scratches and flakes in the surface. Near one handle, there is a chip on the rim. One handle is covered in a yellowish/white deposit. More pale white deposit can be found on the foot and on the black band above it. There are several small scratches and chips in the base of the foot.
26.12.27 Body: complete, comprised of rejoined pieces (foot), cracked and chipped along flange. Lid: reconstructed with some parts missing, large chip on top of lid. Decoration on lid completely faded on one side.
26.12.7 Repaired from sixteen pieces, although missing a large fragment (6.0) from one side, including one handle. Decoration very worn. Fabric roughened on one side, where it is more orange than on the rest of the vessel. Interior blackened with dirt.
26.2.2 Fragment with small chip on one edge, otherwise edges are smooth.
26.2.28 Painted bands on underside are wearing away considerably compared to the topside which has retained most of its colour apart from some white but it is now a little dull. Surfaces are all still smooth with no significant damage.
26.2.95 Single triangular fragment, with surface scrapes on both sides.
26.7.11 Intact. Beneath the handle, the top of the bell is not smooth, it appears to have been a hole, which has been stoppered with a ball of clay that remains connected and does not move. The lower black band on the main zone has been completely rubbed away on one side, revealing a darker brown clay. The entire surface shows small scratches, and some whitish deposit is evident, especially around the handle. The inside surface is rough, due to a lot of brown/grey deposit.
26.7.14 Fragment. The gloss on the rim of the fragment is a little worn and the surface on both sides shows small scratches. On the handle, there are a couple of flakes missing, and a small hole, possibly from an air bubble. The gloss on the inside is much more worn, with big flakes missing, with a couple of substantially longer scratches. There is also a yellow/grey deposit all over the inside of the fragment.
27.10.1 Restored false neck and rejoined spout (with added clay around the join to the body), but otherwise intact. Black bands faded in places. Minor chips and scratches on the body and shoulder. The side with the spout has a crazed look (?).
27.3.8 Intact but with deep chips in body. Top half of object very badly worn, and decoration faded.
27.4.1 Comprised of four or more fragments, rejoined, with two large fragments missing from the rim. The surface is weathered, with chipped glaze on the exterior and the handles, worn glaze on the rim and body, and slight pinkish-red deposits on the underside.
27.4.6 Intact. Some of the glaze appears faded through use, with patches of wear around the top of the rim. Red/orange disk in the centre has big patches of wear in it that has rubbed away the colour. The handles contain small chips and one has a patch of brown deposit. The outside shows one or two small holes and small chips. The base shows small areas of grey deposit and small flakes have been knocked away through use.
27.4.8 Fragmentary, with some parts rounded off by a restorer.
28.6.6 Damage to one handle almost breaking the circle. Complete handle has deposits (perhaps from burial). Paint is very worn and in most places only staining remains. For such a fragile rim it is in excellent condition with no chips.
29.11.11 Incomplete. The sides of the mask have broken away, and the slip is covered in patches of grey/brown deposit. Detail of the face are still evident, but the nose shows areas of wear on the tip. The inside is a pinkish colour, with little evidence of deposit, though the surface feels rough to touch.
29.11.13 Missing (part of) head. Large areas of brownish-grey deposit all over body, with areas of white slip showing through in some places and chipped off elsewhere. On stomach, in between two front legs, is a small hole, perhaps from the firing process.
29.11.7 Intact. There is one chip on the edge of the rim, as well as a bit of wear. There is evidence of greyish/white deposit most noticeably around the rim and below one of the handles. Main zone in fairly good condition, with the usual evidence of wear and small scratches all over the surface. A large area of the the firing is red instead of black. There is a small whole in the stem of the foot, and some whitish/grey deposit around the edge of the foot and inside the base.
29.11.8 Intact and complete, with only slight chips to the rim. The surface is dulled, with glaze half worn off and brown deposits on the base and next to the handle attachments.
30.11.3 Mended by two joining fragments and with section of rim missing. Paint has faded and top is dirty, making pattern hard to distinguish. Scratches on the surface and knob. Small chip to the top of the knob.Small chips around the vertical edge of the rim
33.4.1 Complete, but not intact. One handle and part of rim restored. Stuck back together from six/seven pieces. Decoration around rim and handles is worn in patches, with small chips in the surface. Small gaps where the pieces have been rejoined. A few scratches are evident in surface of main zone. Top of stem is rough to touch. Resting edge of foot has chips in it, inside the foot has some sandy deposit and a crack across the centre. Inside the body, the gloss looks silvery, with small scratches on it.
33.4.2 Complete but not intact. Rim of foot made up with plaster. Decoration worn in places, small holes and scratches all over surface. Lower bands on foot half missing because of restoration with modern materials, as is one handle.
34.10.13 Intact. Small chips on rim and foot. Design remains clear. Small chips to paint around mouth. Body beneath handle is red in places, with small amount of white deposit.
34.10.15 Intact. The surface of the rattle is very rough, scratched, with peeling slip and dark grayish-white adhesions. There are three large cracks at the top of the ovoid part.
34.10.21 Badly cobered with deposits. Top part is missing. Much surface colour lost and detail have eroded away making relief hard to distinguish.
34.10.23 Comprised of one large piece and three small pieces at the bottom, which have been rejoined. Missing the left foot and lower left portion of the figurine (previously restored or reattached: traces of glue and modern white plaster remain. Almost no traces of colour remain, except red on some of the head. White surface covered with grayish-tan deposits. Chipped on the back of the top of the head.
34.10.24 Complete but not intact. Top of left arm has broken off and been glued back on. Blue of cloak still faintly visible, but a lot of brown deposit is evident all over the figurine. The top of the head is covered with an even darker deposit, that also encases right shoulder and arm. The swan is also entirely covered by it. Inside the back of the figurine is a whitish deposit, and the surface is very rough, with scratches and air bubbles in it.
34.10.3 Repaired mouth with some parts missing. Design still clear to distinguish.
34.10.7 Complete and intact, but surface worn and dulled, with some scratches and losses to glaze. Underside shows a deep groove (probably misfiring), with white deposits; brown patches on underside.
34.8.15B Complete, slight chip in lip, surface is flaky at touch with white deposit.
34.8.2 this small lekytos is not intact, it is composed of five big fragments and five very small fragments, some flakes of clay are preserved in a little plastic bag. Bigger fragments are composed of more fragments brought together with glue. The paint is not uniform, is discolored and it is missing in some points. On the inside, in the upper part of the belly, there is a clay excrescence.
35.4.1 Complete but repaired and restored with plaster. Design remains very clear.
35.4.3 Intact. The rim of the pot shows two chips on the inside and three on the outside. As well as this, there is a grey deposit, which is evident in small areas all over the piece. The glaze on the inside is worn and there are small scratches all over. The outside also shows signs of wear, with small scratches all over the glaze. At the base of the foot, there is more deposit, but this is a white/cream clolour.
35.4.4 The handle has been repaired (rejoined with the body at its spring). There are many bits that have been pitted off from the vessel, especially at the lip and handle, as well as a scratch below the handle. Approximately one third of the vessel (lip, neck, handle and left side of almost half the body) is silvery glossy. The rest is glazed.
38.4.3 Complete, appears intact. Paint extremely faded. Inside of mouth has over three small chips. There is one noticeable chip on the outside of the lip. The paint on the neck appears to have been worn away, because a pinkish clay is showing which does not appear to be a fading of the black decoration. There are at least two hairline cracks on the shoulder, with some of the clay worn away. The handles are in good condition with no noticeable chips, whereas the body has several chips and cracks. The base has a few small chips but is in very good condition.
42.9.1 Almost half of stephane missing on side B, while the decoration of its remaining part is scraped off almost completely.No decoration on the neck. Deep crack from the beginning of the missing stephane down to the Krater's shoulder. Body pitted over entire surface, although side A is in better condition, with the exception of a gouge under the right arm of the left maenad. Incrustations around the chipped base.
45.10.10 Sixteen fragments that belong to the same kylix. There are parts of the rim and body (a,b,g,k,l,m,n) of the body (c,h,i,j,o) of rim, body and part of the handles (d,e,f), and the base (p). a) Should be rejoined to b. Interior: Layer of white plaster and small bits that have been pitted off. Exterior: Traces of white plaster and a spot that has been chipped off. b) Should be rejoined to a and c. Interior: White plaster and a large spot that has been chipped off. Exterior: Traces of white plaster and small spots that have been chipped off from the left and bottom edge of the fragment. c) Should be rejoined to b. Interior: White plaster and two areas that have been chipped off from the top edge of the fragment. Exterior: White plaster and two small spots that have been chipped off. d) Should be rejoined to e. There are two spots that have been chipped off from the rim and bottom part, as well as some pitting off (rim). Exterior: White plaster and a large spot that has been chipped off from the upper part of the body. The handle is also missing, apart from its lowest part. e) Should be rejoined to d. Interior: There are two spots (rim, bottom) that have been chipped off. Exterior: Traces of white plaster and a spot on the left that has been chipped off. Most of the handle is also missing. f) Should be rejoined to g and h. Interior: There is a layer of white plaster, few tiny bits that have been pitted off and a spot on the left that has been chipped off. Exterior: There is white plaster, a spot that has been chipped off from the top right side and some peeling off of the colour on the handle, whose largest part is also missing. g) Should be rejoined to f and h. Tiny bits that have been pitted off from the exterior. h) Should be rejoined to f and g. Traces of white plaster on the exterior. i) Interior: Layer of white plaster. 45.10.16 Three fragments of an incomplete mouth of Black figure amphora. i) one chip on top edge of rim, one chip bottom tip of inside edge. Outside edge multiple small chips and marks. ii) multiple small scuffs and chips on top edge of moth with one larger chip. Inside edge multiple tiny chips, left outter edge glaze chipped. Exterior edge a few small chips and marks in slip. iii) smallest fragment with lots of damage and chips, white deposits on rim and top of external edge.
45.10.18 Both fragments are badly damaged with i)small section of decoration missing, white deposit possibly material used to glue fragment back together. Cross section shows that the vessel was not fired all the way through. ii) Same as other fragment
45.10.7A-B Comprised of many rejoined piecesby (ca. 10 for the body and 25 for the lid), with some patches reconstructed. One of the legs and large areas of the base, body and lid are restored and repainted. The surface decoration on original pieces is largely intact, with faded white details, and some dark deposits. Decoration worn on the lower flange and the rim of the body, as well as the lower edge of the lid.
45.6.10 Intact but missing a small chip on the rim and a large chip from the foot. One further very small chip on the rim. Surfaces are slightly pitted with red showing through black surfaces.
45.6.24 Complete and intact, interior covered with grey deposit. One scratch on outside surface, close to knob.
45.6.27 Rim and lip badly chipped and broken on one side. Glaze very worn on surface particularly on lower body and edges, surface scratched and covered in areas with a grey deposit.

45.6.66 Intact, one side of the top of the central tube has chipped away, numerous small chips to the outer body. The black glaze is worn in places. There is a white deposit over areas of the exterior, the interior has a deposit too, wick hole is almost completely blocked with deposit.
45.6.72 Design on face has been much rubbed off. Incomplete and repaired with eight segments missing. Handle and body repaired.
46.9.2 Base has been reattached, has holes, and is chiped along the resting surface. One fragment is missing and there are large cracks in the body. Chips along the rim with one major chip which is 8.0 cm long.
47.10.3A-B Lid intact and complete except for a large chip missing from the rim. Lekanis comprised of three or more rejoined pieces, rejoined with some plaster restorations, preserving one handle, most of the foot, and approximately 2/3 of the body of the bowl. The surface on both parts is somewhat worn, with whitish-gray patches, chips and scratches, and some black glaze eroded.
47.2.21 Intact; string not original, and therefore striking ball may not be original. Surface worn, with medium-brown deposits.
47.2.5 Assembled from 3 fragments. Missing one handle, some of the rim adjacent to that handle, and a large patch of the bottom of the bowl, adjacent to and slightly overlapping the stamped decoration. The other handle, previously broken off, with another rim fragment, has been rejoined. Some patches missing and scratches around the body on the interior and exterior, rim, handles over; slight deposits on the exterior.
47.2.7 Mended from a number of joining fragments. Small parts filled in with plaster (especially on left side. Gloss flaked off on part of the handle,rim and body. It is not lustrous. Towards the foot, thinly applied gloss that leaves parts of the clay to be seen.
47.6.4 Lip slightly chipped and handle slightly cracked. Surface worn, with paint flaking, especially on front.
47.6.5 Complete, but the rim, base and mouth are slightly chipped. The vertical handle, once broken off, has been rejoined. The surface is quote worn, and the left side is covered with a large white deposit around the handle; there are similar deposits on the foot and base.

51.7.2 Lid: Comprised of 6 of more pieces, rejoined, with plaster filling (painted red) on the side of the body. Surface worn, with scratches and pitting on the exterior decoration and glaze nearly chipped off on the interior. Pyxis intact and nearly complete, but missing a chip on the rim. Surface severely worn with most of glaze chipped off. Some white deposits on the resting surface of the lid.
51.7.8 Intact. Gloss is in very good condition, shiny, with slight scratches on rim, neck and body. Surface of underside somewhat eroded, with white deposits.
52.3.2 Body and base surfaces are terribly damaged with large chunks missing although these do not go all the way through. Paint worn from inside mouth. Glaze and paint remain relatively undamaged on areas that have not been chipped away.

65.6.2 Broken off at the shoulders; small white deposit at fracture. Highly polished with no surface damage. The scratches caused through production are still visible.
67.7.1 Incomplete. The figure has broken in half and been glued back together, however, at the back, there is a chip missing still. The grey colour is interspersed with deposit of a dark brown colour, which is even more prominant on the back. The features of the face have almost all worn away, except for the nose. Around the front and sides of the base are white and dark grey deposits.
68.12.2 Intact and complete except for two chips on the rim. The top of the knob has a crack across the middle, leading to a hole in the deeper recess. The surface is worn, with cracks to the glaze surrounding the attachment of the knob and white deposits throughout the decoration. Yellow deposits on the underside of the lid, just outside the flange.
70.3.3 Half of one handle broken and missing. Decoration worn (and missing entirely in patches where a ghost can be seen). Whitish gray deposits on interior and on preserved handle, as well as around the base (at join with body and on underside).
71.12.2 Fragment. Broken at the edges, bronze slightly corroded. Green with some rust on the underside. The colour varies from red, to reddish brown and green.
71.12.5 Two holes have been restored with transparent material. The end of the strigil is damaged. Discolouration of bronze to green, blue and black. Only a couple of areas of the true bronze colour remains. A couple of cracks have appeared making the object fragile.
73.6.4 Single fragment. The surface reveals few, tiny scratches, but does have a big flake missing on the palmette. There is also some deposit of a grey/brown colour. The inside gloss shows some scratches that run with the grain of the material, as well as some small flakes missing.
73.6.5 Fragmentary with several points being chipped.
73.9.2 Fragment. Handle covered in scratches and patches of wear, especially on left arm. At the bottom of the left arm of handle is a small chip with a white patch in the middle. Rim, and both inside and outside of fragment show more small scratches. Larger scratch diagonally down left, through black band directly beneath the ivy leaf.
73.9.23 The surface of the fragment appears to be in fairly good condition, except for a few small areas of grey deposit. The back of the fragment varies in colour, moving from red to black and then grey. The surface however is again in fairly good condition with no real evidence of wear except for a few small scratches.
73.9.3 Fragment. Handle broken at tip, with small patches of wear all over. Scratch on the left side of the handle, pointing towards rim. Only a suggestion of rim remaining. Pinky, grey deposits on inside of rim and suggestion of the same up the outside of the handle.

73.9.8 Two fragments. (a)The glaze on the rim and the inside of the fragment shows a few small scratches. On the rim and the outside of the fragment there are a few small areas of milky/white deposit. The black blob reveals an area which may have been the base of a handle. The colour of the clay inside here, is a more pink colour. Like the first fragment, fragment (b) shows evidence of small scratches on the glaze, both inside and out, but seems in fairly good condition, with no evidence of deposit.
78.12.1 Intact, top part of the vertical handle is missing, small hole in the left hand side of the body, chip on the edge of the base. Wash is worn in places, with a small amount of white deposit around decoration. Some blackening around spout.

E.23.11 Intact and complete, with many scratches on the top of the trapezoid. There is a large black deposit on the base, which viscous to the touch so is probably quite recent.
E.23.2 Single fragment, preserving the top of the stele, chipped at the top, with several shallow scratches on the surface. One crack extends from the edge into the uraeus of Re-Horakhty.
E.23.28 Intact and complete, with a large chip missing from the lip. There are two noticable stresses near the foot, one which forms a hole the other a shallow chip.
E.23.29 appears to have no restoration or recent damage. The pottery is very rough with innumerable shallow chips, and there is a large amount of white deposit all over the object, a particularly large patch can be found near the base.
E.23.30 The mouth is badly chipped with the entire lip missing. The handle has been glued back on. Half of the upper body, and the handle are covered in a dark grey deposit. There is a deep scratch on the main body.

E.62.16 Intact and complete. Some of the black pigment has gone and several edges have slight scratches. The most significant damage is a scratch on the side with twelve dots that goes from one side in a straight line to the other.
