23.11.26 Most of the paint in the lower half has been removed over time. The mouth of the aryballos appears to have had several chunks broken off of it, likely done over time.
23.11.27 Well kept, appears to be in one, complete piece, though the outside has had the paint removed in numerous spots. Bottom part has had most of the paint removed, likely caused over time.
25.6.10 Small fragment with some chippings around the edges, and numerous spots where small sections of paint has been removed.
27.4.5 Intact. The rim, inside of the bowl and handles, all show evidence of wear, and there are considerable patches where all of the glaze has been removed. There are also small chips to be found on the handles, and on the inside of the rim. Where the glaze has been rubbed away, it has revealed a grey colour. There is also a thin crack running from the edge of the rim, to half way down the first black band. The well in the centre of the bowl is also slightly worn, to reveal a whitish grey colour, as well as a small crack running across the side. On the underside of the bowl, there is more evidence of general wear, including a chip just under the rim next to one of the handles. The bottom rim of the foot also reveals small chips, as well as a crack running across the middle.
45.10.4 Incomplete and repaired. Chips removed from rim. Glaze lost.
59.2.7 All that remains of the mummified cat is the head and neck, from which most wrappings have been removed. The head is in a good state of preservation, showing whiskers & teeth. Enclosed note written in pencil on the back of a printed piece of paper is also well preserved and legible. Cork stopper, seemingly original to the 1890s acquisition of the head, is covered in newspaper which is also well preserved and legible.
E.23.12 There is quite a large chip on one corner, and a chip removed from the same side. There is quite a large amount of black deposit all over the object obscuring it's natural colour.
E.23.17 A large amount of skin coloured paint has chipped of, particularly around the bottom and edges of the object. The paint on the chest is quite well preserved. There is a large fragment missing from the right shoulder which also removes part of the lower right hand side of the pace. The nose and eye work has been removed or fallen off. A large amount of black paint has chipped of the top of the object. There is also a hole in top of the head and a large crack originating on the lefthand side of 'hair' and ending near the base of the face.
E.23.38 Intact, it is clear from the top and bottom part of the artefact that it has been removed from a larger object, since they appear to be thinner than the rest of the object and therefore look like 'connectors' of some kind. There appears to be very little degradation of the wood. There are some remnants of a white pigment on the lower half.
E.62.12 Intact and complete. Very little glaze has been removed but some brown deposit can be found on the underside and in the holes over all parts.
E.62.34 One slight chip in the lip, shallow chips all over pot resulting in some of the top layer of clay being removed. Also some white deposit on the pot.
E.63.16 Intact and complete. Very little glaze has been removed but some brown deposit can be found on the underside detail and more so on the right legs of the beetle.
REDMG:1964.1713.1 Chips to rim. Surface has air bubble holes all over. Some flakes of clay removed inside. Grey deposits on underside.
