Missing handle, but we can see the remains of where it should have been. There are small chips on the rim of the neck, and the black has begun to rub away. At the base of the neck is a small amount of white deposit, which we can also see on the main zone. The main zone has been worn away in the middle and near one edge. There are small scratches and flaking decoration at the top of the foot.

The rim has been reconstructed from 2 fragments repaired. The handle has also been rejoined with the vessel and the whole of the upper part (from rim to end of shoulder) has been reattached to the body. The glaze is shiny in places but has begun to crack in others. There are also deposits on the rim, neck, shoulder and foot / base. Several bits have pitted off from the body.
