Shape Bottle
Shape_description Narrow neck, nearly flat shoulder, curving to a broad body, tapering slightly down, to a slightly raised base, concave at the centre; two pinched triangular round handles rise from the edge of the shoulder, on opposite sides of the bottle.

Fabric_description Reddish brown, fine-grained, with fine to medium sized inclusions.
Munsell_color 5YR 5/6
Decoration Glazed black all over; red and white bands on centre of shoulder; finely ribbed body.
Inscriptions
Condition Comprised of four rejoined fragments (including RM.1692.64 and RM.1694.64) preserving part of neck, shoulder, half of body, and most of base. Surface dulled.
Technique/Style Black glaze; overpainted: added white and red
