Shape Bowl
Shape_description Rounded, slightly incurved rim; shallow convex upper wall divided by a reserved groove from a sharply concave wall that runs continuously down to the foot, although only a single curve is perceived on the interior. Short torus ring foot, with a narrow reserved resting surface and a reserved medallion at the centre of the underside, circumscribed by a concentric ridge. Convex-concave profile.

Munsell_color 5YR 7/4. Pinkish clay (light reddish)
Decoration Small circle, fired red, at the centre of the medallion on the underside. Black gloss except where noted; half of interior and some of exterior misfired red.
Inscriptions
Condition Chipped rim, interior and foot. Some white deposits on interior.
Technique/Style Black glaze
Provenance Said to be from an old tomb in Cyprus
