Decoration | Black inside and out with a red rim. Handle is black on top and reserved underneath. Red line, drawn unevenly around base of neck. Shoulder has five-leaved palmette (red and black alternating) between two onlookers dressed in black but holding red objects. Body has a hoplite between two pairs of onlookers. Red for hair, folds of himatia, helmet and greaves. White for shield device which is of a leaf and spots (now faded) on palmette. Bands beneath picture, black to foot and on top of foot. Resting surface and base are reserved. |

Condition | Intact. Large flake from surface taken from towards base. Colours remain strong. Black paint at bottom of body has suffered the worst. |
