2004.5.1 Approximately 1/3 of the original remains (lower right corner), which has been restored with modern plaster, mostly undecorated. Where original paint remains it has been dulled and is scratched.

22.3.37 Fragmentary with several large chunks having been chipped off from several points including the outisde's upper right section, left part, and bottom, and the inside's bottom and left parts.
22.9.8 Intact. In good condition, surface shows little sign of wear except tiny cracks in gloss, and a scratch on the horses back, near hind. Small areas of white deposit on back right horses leg/tail, neck and front right leg and top of riders head.
23.11.31B2 The head of the figure is missing, as is the right lower quarter of the skirt. The remaining left quarter of the skirt has almost broken away.
23.11.31BB The head of the figure has broken off, as has the top of the spear. There is a section missing from the right of the shield, and the central boss has almost become detached. Te right foot is also missing. There are further fracture-lines extending at nine o'clock from the top of the figure and across the shield from the centre.
23.11.31K1 The left arm is broken off at the shoulder, and the right arm is missing from the elbow. The right leg is missing from the ankle, and the left leg is broken off at mid-thigh.
23.11.31KK The legs have broken off at mid-thigh level, and there is some chipping to the extremities of the pipe and draperies. There are broken edges at top and bottom of the right fist.
23.11.31Q There are breaks at the top left and bottom right of the shield rim (indicating a missing spear). The left leg has broen off at the top of the thigh, and the right at knee level.
23.11.31RR The top of the headdress is damaged. The left arm is missing from wrist level, and the right from just below the shoulder. The left foot is absent. The right foot is bent and slightly damaged at the tip.
23.11.31V There is a large notch-shaped section missing from the crest and top of the helmet. The arm extending to the right of the shield is bent upwards, and is missing the hand. The left leg is broken off above the knee; and the right leg is warped to the right, and is missing a foot.
23.11.31XXX The head is missing. Both arms are broken off at the shoulder. The left foot is missing below the ankle, and the right foot is entirely absent.
23.11.31XXXX The top of the figure has broken away. The right arm is absent from just below the shoulder, and the feet are missing.
26.2.15 Outside, break where handle joined just visible at right.
26.7.7 Comprised of two rejoined pieces; join still visible across the back and belly, crack running from right ear to join. Body covered by white and grey depoit, feet are brown and shiny.
34.10.19 Complete and intact. The surface of the woman is incredibly smooth, the features of the face nearly worn away. There is a large scratch on the woman's right shoulder. As well as patches of white slip that is still evident, there is a smoky covering to the head, chest and knees. The base is very uneven.
34.10.20 Intact and complete. The figure is almost entirely covered by a grey deposit, which makes the surface feel rough. Small detail still remains, on the face, the nose, mouth and one eye. The right foot is also detailed.
34.10.24 Complete but not intact. Top of left arm has broken off and been glued back on. Blue of cloak still faintly visible, but a lot of brown deposit is evident all over the figurine. The top of the head is covered with an even darker deposit, that also encases right shoulder and arm. The swan is also entirely covered by it. Inside the back of the figurine is a whitish deposit, and the surface is very rough, with scratches and air bubbles in it.
39.9.7 In two places, part of the rim has broken away. There is also a deep crack in side A, from the part of the rim next to one handle, almost up to the part where the other handle springs from. Colour has peeled off in some places, especially the interior. The body of the satyr to the right of the amphora was a bit damaged when paint was still wet.
42.9.1 Almost half of stephane missing on side B, while the decoration of its remaining part is scraped off almost completely.No decoration on the neck. Deep crack from the beginning of the missing stephane down to the Krater's shoulder. Body pitted over entire surface, although side A is in better condition, with the exception of a gouge under the right arm of the left maenad. Incrustations around the chipped base.
45.10.10 Sixteen fragments that belong to the same kylix. There are parts of the rim and body (a,b,g,k,l,m,n) of the body (c,h,i,j,o) of rim, body and part of the handles (d,e,f), and the base (p). a) Should be rejoined to b. Interior: Layer of white plaster and small bits that have been pitted off. Exterior: Traces of white plaster and a spot that has been chipped off. b) Should be rejoined to a and c. Interior: White plaster and a large spot that has been chipped off. Exterior: Traces of white plaster and small spots that have been chipped off from the left and bottom edge of the fragment. c) Should be rejoined to b. Interior: White plaster and two areas that have been chipped off from the top edge of the fragment. Exterior: White plaster and two small spots that have been chipped off. d) Should be rejoined to e. There are two spots that have been chipped off from the rim and bottom part, as well as some pitting off (rim). Exterior: White plaster and a large spot that has been chipped off from the upper part of the body. The handle is also missing, apart from its lowest part. e) Should be rejoined to d. Interior: There are two spots (rim, bottom) that have been chipped off. Exterior: Traces of white plaster and a spot on the left that has been chipped off. Most of the handle is also missing. f) Should be rejoined to g and h. Interior: There is a layer of white plaster, few tiny bits that have been pitted off and a spot on the left that has been chipped off. Exterior: There is white plaster, a spot that has been chipped off from the top right side and some peeling off of the colour on the handle, whose largest part is also missing. g) Should be rejoined to f and h. Tiny bits that have been pitted off from the exterior. h) Should be rejoined to f and g. Traces of white plaster on the exterior. i) Interior: Layer of white plaster. Exterior: Traces of white plaster. j) White plaster on the interior. k) Interior: Layer of white plaster. Exterior: tiny bits that have been pitted off and slight traces of plaster. l) Could be rejoined to n. Interior: White plaster and a spot that has been pitted off. Exterior: White plaster and some bits that have been pitted off. m) Interior: Layer of plaster and a large spot that has been chipped off from the bottom left edge. Exterior: Traces of white plaster and a spot that has been chipped off from the bottom right edge. n) Could be rejoined to l. Interior: White plaster. Exterior: Traces of white plaster, some pitting off and a large spot that has been chipped off from the decorated area. o) Traces of white plaster on both sides. p) Slightly faded, with a few surface chips on interior and on foot.
45.10.20 There are six fragments probably from the body of the same closed-shape vase (amphora). i) Small bits of the colour have been peeled off and few small spots have been pitted off. ii) The fragment has been burnt. Tiny bits are pitted off. iii) The colour has faded away and has been peeled off from spots. Chips are missing from the edges. iv) The colour has faded away on the contour of the motives. v) The fragment is burnt. Bits of colour have been pitted off. vi) Bits of the colour have been pitted off, especially at the top and right side of the fragment.
47.2.27 Lower part of body broken off. Right side of face damaged, although features on left preserved.
47.2.28 Intact, but large part of body broken off, also part of right side of the head. Concretion build up below chin and neck. Large deposits along left hand side.
47.2.33 Intact, but bottom of nose missing and right ear more worn than left. Some chipping on the lower body. Some concretion to back around arms and tambourine.
47.2.34 Similar in shape and attitude to 47.2.32 and 47.2.33. Intact, although in the worst condition of this group. Nose chipped, right hand ear worn. Concretion on face, back and right hand side.
50.5.3 Mouth and upper part of neck modern and intact handle. Most of the black has faded to a light brown color. The neck and mouth has been rebuilt by modern material. The surface appears in fairly good condition, except for some deep scratches around the neck. Left swan scratched face, right swan intact face. There are other small scratches on the surface and bit of flaking and chipping, especially around the edge of the foot.
50.5.4 Single fragment. Relatively clean break along right edge, while the left is more jagged.
51.7.4 Handle. Point of right hand crest broken.
61.6.5 Lid: complete and intact, with slight chips to rim; surface inside and out marred with small white deposits, dark stains, and scratches and chips. One-handler: intact and complete except for a chip missing from the lower part of the exterior body, just to the right of the handle. Black-glaze pitted and scratched on interior, with slight white deposits.
67.6.3 Dark deposits which look similar to mould on front mainly left hand side. Small hole below her right shoulder on the body. Features and clothing remain distinguishable.
73.9.6 Fragment. The front of the fragment has a few small scratches in it, as well as a patch of pinky/grey deposit at the top of the figure. To the right of the figure, the fragment has split in half, so only the back half remains. The back of the fragment has small scratches and a couple of chips in the surface of the glaze.
78.12.21 Intact, upper right half of nozzle is missing, long hairline crack reaching down into the centre of the base from ths damage. Signs of use visible on nozzle. Fracture around the edge of the discus continuing along the nozzle to the wick hole. Brownish red wash is worn, large amount of white-grey deposit
79.1.15 The fragment is broken to top right of grapes, revealing the underneath jutting out to a point, which has grey, miniscule soil deposits. Decoration is complete to left of grapes but is slighty discoloured due to soil deposits.
80.7.1 Comprised of 25 of more rejoined pieces, preserving almost the entire vase. The surface, both glazed and reserved areas, have been heavily eroded, especially on interior, rim, handles, and one side of the exterior (around the siren on the right). The surface is also scratched. and stained gray in places
87.2.1 Right foreleg and part of tail missing. Left foreleg has been restored. Traces of white slip. The once probably black colour of the decoration is now brown/red. The surface of the figurine is worn and scratched in places.
91.12.2 Intact, however top partially chipped away towards right edge left side. Covered in soil deposits.
E.23.17 A large amount of skin coloured paint has chipped of, particularly around the bottom and edges of the object. The paint on the chest is quite well preserved. There is a large fragment missing from the right shoulder which also removes part of the lower right hand side of the pace. The nose and eye work has been removed or fallen off. A large amount of black paint has chipped of the top of the object. There is also a hole in top of the head and a large crack originating on the lefthand side of 'hair' and ending near the base of the face.
E.23.18 Intact if not complete. The areas where parts of the headdress has fallen off is quite worn. There are three deep holes in the headress that are symetrical about a crack that goes from the top of the headdress to the mouth. There is also a second crack on the right hand side from top to the base of the head, going through the eye.
E.23.34 Intact and complete. There is a large amount of green deposit on the front of the figure. Some detail on the extremities, particularly the right hand, has worn away.
E.62.48 Intact if only a fragment. The glyphs are still very clear, except one of the right hand side, the fourt glyph down, that has been rubbed away. There is also a white deposit at the bottom of the object on the right. Overall there has been very little degredation of the wood.
E.62.49 Intact but not complete. The top right quater of the painted scene is gone. The wood is not particularly degraded and the actual remaining inscription is well preserved and quite clear.
E.62.52 Intact. There are chips all over the object, some that just remove paint others that take some wood as well, particularly on the the left side of the beetle its self. There is a large white deposit on the right wing whcih has collected where some paint has chipped away.
E.63.13A Single fragment from the rim of a dish or bowl. The blue glaze is well preserved. There is a large malformation in the top right hand side of the fragment, and there are several shallow scratches in the surface.
E.63.16 Intact and complete. Very little glaze has been removed but some brown deposit can be found on the underside detail and more so on the right legs of the beetle.
E.63.29 Intact. Several large chips on the lip, large amounts of light deposit, more prominant on base. Elongated verticle hole at widest point of body. Two smaller but shallower holes to the right of the larger. Blackened from use.
E.63.4 Intact and complete. Much of the glaze and colour has rubbed away particularly on the right side of the front. There is also some dark miscolouration at the top of the head-dress. Compared to it's partner the details of the face are much more vague.
E.65.8 Condition is excellent except the leather is stiff and therefore delicate. Left: point is missing from toe, leather straps are broken and incomplete. Right: leather straps complete but broken on the left hand side.
L.2013.10.2 Fair condition, small crack on the bottom right hand side of the beetles back.
L.2016.3.31 Complete. The head has been broken at neck, the right leg at thigh and the feet have been broken off the base slab, but all of them were pieced together. Few whitish-grey deposits around the feet and neck, and very slight scratches on surface; one big chip on left cheek.

REDMG:1953.25.104 Broken at neck, top of head missing on right hand side. Reverse side is discoloured with deposits.
REDMG:1953.25.21 Comprised of several rejoined pieces, missing a large part of the right side. Gloss worn; chipped foot; buff deposits on base.
REDMG:1953.25.43 One third of the rim is missing and the right side of the handle is chipped. The black glaze has chipped away, and there are tan deposits, especially around the mouth and the lower body.
REDMG:1953.25.50 Surface worn, chipped, and pitted (one hole penetrates the right side of the body); added white faded.
REDMG:1953.25.79 Intact, two small chips on the left side of the foot. Wash worn, especially on the back and right hand side of the body. Small amount of white deposit around the foot and on the interior.
REDMG:1953.25.83 Intact if fragmentary. The facial features, especially the nose and right ear, have worn down quite considerably although it is still clear what they are meant to be. The line of breakage is straight, falling from the right ear to the middle of the left side of the neck.
REDMG:1953.25.89 Surface smooth and worn. Chip to right side of face. Right arm lost and lower of left.
REDMG:1964.1604.1 Large part of handle missing, most of the wash has worn off. Slight hairline crack in the base, rust coloured mark on the front right of the body.
REDMG:1964.1618.1 Right side of nozzle tip is missing. Large amount of white-grey deposit all over.
REDMG:1964.1632.1 Comprised of three fragments, rejoined, but missing a large rim fragment to the right of one handle, and much of the opposite side, including handle. Area of dusty light grey deposit on the interior wall; slightly chipped on the base. Reserved areas now coloured grey as a result of secondary burning.

TEMP.2003.7.30 Intact, complete, paint has faded all over figurine, a chip on the left side of the head, and also on the right arm.
TEMP.2003.7.31 Intact. Part of the left arm is missing, and the majority of the right arm has been broken off. There are surface scrapings all over the figure.
TEMP.2003.7.74 Well kept overall, though inner section has a few points where the paint has been chipped away slightly,and the line at the top also appears to have been worn away over time. Edges on the right side are slightly chipped.
TEMP.2003.8.64 Complete and intact. On the right, top area of hair terracotta is chipped to reveal orange colour.
