Decoration Exterior light-brown glaze. Overpainted by eleven dark-brown (black?) vertical lines that end in two parallel brown lines. There are six further brown horizontal lines parallel to these. All of the lines are of roughly the same thickness (ca. 0.2). Interior is reddish-brown glazed.
Inscriptions
Condition Fragment. Slight chipping. Wear has caused the fabric to be distinctly visible through the overpainting. "Aegina" handwritten in pencil on the interior.
Technique/Style
Provenance Aegina. Picked up by P.N. Ure between 1907 and 1914.
